About the Session:

This three part, asynchronous learning opportunity, will support your learning any time, anywhere. Whether you are a teacher, educational assistant or parent supporting students at home,if you want to learn how Google Classroom works or how to leverage it as a pedagogical tool, this session is for you!

 

Session 1 - Getting Started

How Google Classroom works? How to get started? How to navigate through it all?

Session 2 - Digging Deeper

Learn the more advanced features of Google Classroom; the ones that aren’t as obvious or as used.

  • Assignment flow
  • Marking student work efficiently
  • Including rubrics
  • Using a mobile device
  • Additional types of classrooms

Session 3 - Moving Beyond the Tool to the Teaching

You know the ins and out of Google Classroom but now you need to apply the pedagogy to the tool.  Enjoy learning some great ways to vary what you do and engage students using this amazing tool!
